Nota Partner Referral Program

¹ Demo must be for an attorney at a firm with 5 or less partners who is not currently a customer of M&T bank. 

2 This campaign runs until 12/31/22. Current Nota User: You must be a Nota user to participate. The referral must: (1) Be a new customer to Business Banking at M&T Bank (i.e., a business owner that does not currently have an M&T Business Banking deposit account), (2) Have offices and practices that are in NY, NJ, MD, PA, DE, CT, VA, DC, FL, or WV, (3) Be a law firm with 5 or fewer partners, members, or managing members, (4) Must complete a demo of the Nota platform by 12/31/22. We will send an electronic Amazon gift card in the amount of $100 (the “Bonus”) to the registered email of your Nota user account and to the email of the referral within 7 days of the referral completing the demo. Your account must be open and in good standing at the time of Bonus disbursement. Only one Bonus will be provided to the referral regardless of the number of demos completed. The Bonus is not available to employees of M&T Bank or any of its affiliates. The Bonus is reportable for tax purposes and may be considered taxable income. This offer is subject to M&T Bank’s policies, and M&T Bank reserves the right to change or terminate this offer in its sole and absolute discretion.
